MEETINGS
Meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of the month at the Chapman Cultural Center. Exceptions to this rule include the April meeting, which is our awards dinner and club officer installation, and is held at a local fine dining establishment, and occasional summer meetings, where we might meet at someone's house for a cook-out and pool party or meet at Music-On-Main , a local street party with a band. The meetings begin about 7:00 PM with a half an hour for socializing. At 7:30 PM the "official" meeting gets underway with announcements and reports from selected club officers and committee chairpersons followed by the program for the evening. The program can be anything from a guest speaker to other special events such as a chili cook-off, gag awards, or officer elections.
